S7 Edge was used in water and doesn't turn on

I used my phone in a pool, aproximative 1m height. I took some photos and videos. I used it like 10 minutes. After i took it off it shuted down, i tried to turn on and it took a long time to turn on. After that the touchscreen didn't work and the green led was flashing. It had some water on frontal camera which evaporate after i put it in a bag of rice and let it after night. Also, it has some water on back camera which didn't evaporate. Now it doesn't turn on. I went to a gsm and it said that the display should be change. I don't think so because it is impeccably.

What can i do?
