lg g3 beat stuck in boot, possible bootloop problem
Hi, I have a problem with my LG G3 Beat and it's the first time it's happening to me. My battery ran down to zero like normal, but when I charged it and tried to turn it on as usual, the LG logo and small animation it does went on like normal but then the screen went black and the small red light on top of it kept flashing as if it was still booting. I let it stay that way for some minutes but I still couldn't get any startscreen or anything, I tried unplugging and plugging the battery but I had the same outcome. I even tried to turn on my phone with no battery plugged in but it did not work. I tried using LG PC Suite but it does not recognize my phone, even if i have it plugged in and all. I've been going through the internet for a while but all the threads are old or do not describe my problem. I need some serious help.

Music Syncing: PC with Android?
I just picked up a new budget / entry level Android tablet, the Acer Iconia One 10 with Android v7. It's not my first Android, but it has been about five years since my last which ran 2.3.
What is the current state of affairs with music syncing? Not merely copying music to the device, but actual SYNC? I have way more music than is practical to take with me all at once or to manage manually. My current setup is iOS based: iTunes with smart playlists that sync back and forth with my iPhone as I listen to music. The music is stored on my desktop computer, not the cloud. And... this is why I switched (back) to iOS five or so years ago.
With the prices of the iPhone 8 expecting to start at over a thousand dollars, I'm wondering if I can replicate the setup to Android - if I can, I may switch back to Android for my next phone upgrade. My desktop is Windows 10.

Showing only Contacts and not hidden contacts
For some reason, my Contacts and Phone app insist on showing contacts that I've removed (or rather hidden) from Contacts on contacts.google.com. My list of actual contacts currently has ~300 contacts, but the list my phone is showing contacts around 1500. Many of these are people I haven't contacted in years, but I can't simply delete them forever - they have notes and labels and contact info that may be important down the road. Instead I've hidden them and filed them away in case I ever need them again - except hiding doesn't affect Android.
In the contact Apps, there's at least a way to select a "Custom view." It causes the somewhat perverse thing where "All Contacts" shows a couple hundred contacts while "Contacts" shows 1500, but it's at least usable. The Phone app, on the other hand, no longer has the option to customize the view to show only certain groups, only My Contacts, or only contacts with numbers.
Anyone have a fix that doesn't involve butchering archived old contacts?

Need fitness app suggestion for Jakcom B3 Smart Band please
I just bought a Jakcom B3 Smart Band for my other half and have a problem getting the fitness data on the phone. I found a video tutorial online that says to download BT Music for making phone calls and listening to music. And to download iCreBand to view your fitness data. The BT Music app works perfect. I was able to pair and connect to the BT Music app. I can make calls and listen to music no problem. The iCreBand app can not find the Jakcom B3 when I search within the app. The video shows the guys phone with 2 bluetooth connections for this watch one is called BT Music (which is connected) and the other is called iCre Band (which isn't connected and can't be found via bluetooth search). Our phone is the HTC Desire. I am lost as to what I am doing wrong. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thank you.

My phone can't connect as a media device
I have a two-year-old Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, running Lollipop. Recently I needed to transfer some files over to it and from it through my laptop, and I found out it just wouldn't connect anymore. It still charges, but I cannot view my files. I have tried three different USB cables. I tried plugging it in with the USB Debugging box checked and unchecked. I know it can't be the laptop's problem, because I tried two different ones and I also tried a different phone - a Huawei - on my laptop, which worked just fine. I know it's supposed to show me some sort of notification to let it be connected, but it doesn't. It simply charges.
Can anybody help me with the solution for this problem?

I can't sign into my email account even though it doesn't usually ask me for password. What do I do?
I have never had a problem with my email but today it asked for password, but won't accept it. Someone sent me an email earlier today with an holiday confirmation. Last week my Motorola droid turbo 2 version 7.0 stopped showing any notifications on the lock screen. Before it would show any app I had setup to notify me as a waved my hand over the phone to activate display. I have checked and it says all apps are setup for lock screen notifications. Galaxy S7 at&t nougat
So I have had this problem where my phone does not recognize that there is a software update. It Is still stuck on 6.0.1. I have posted about this before, and nothing worked (I decided to post it again because there a very small odds that someone will see and respond to my old posts). I tap software update, then an at&t software update screen comes up and i tap check for updates, then it seems to scan for a few seconds, and just says "your current software is up go date" WHICH IT ISNT!! My dad with a S7 edge has nougat, and everyone else I have ever seen with a S7 has nougat. I know a few people with the exact same model, at&t branded S7, and they have the most recent version on their phone. I even just now downloaded smart switch on my computer, connected my phone via cable, and it still didn't say it had an update. Normally with smart switch if there is an update, it will tell you under your phones name and let you update, but NOPE! Nothing. I went into the smart switch settings and predownlaoded the update to the backup that I just made to the computer, so if I factory resetted and restored from that backup, I would defently get the update. I just am not sure about factory resetting because nowhere does it tell me exactly how much data I will loose. Is it like you just get your apps reinstalled and pictures put back and that's it, or does it restore everything down to the last detail? Anyway I just really want the nougat update and I have no clue why I'm not getting it.

My s4-mini crashed completely, what should i do?

Hi guys,
I went to do a software update on my phone today and it said the software has been modified.
I purchased this phone second hand and it has worked with all networks but I would like to return it to factory software.
Is there any way I can check if the rooted status is controlling the unlock or is it is factory unlocked.
I know returning it to factory software would answer this but I would be afraid of being stuck with a locked phone I cannot use then.

deleted some stuff, now get download unsuccessful
i wanted to free up some space on my phone (i've got loads on sd card but local storage is low) so did a lot of cache and data clearing on my apps, and may have deleted the odd app that looked dispensible. Can't answer incoming calls on Nexus 4
This problem has arisen suddenly after many trouble-free years using the Nexus 4.
When someone calls me, the phone rings, but the control that enables me to answer the call doesn't appear. And if the phone's screen is locked at the time, the incoming call doesn't automatically open it up to receive the call.
The only way I have found to answer the phone is:
1. If the screen was locked, unlock it.
2. Open up the dialer app.
3. Find my way to the dialer screen that offers a "Return to call in progress" button.
4. Hit that button.
5. Swipe right on the answer-the-phone control that finally appears.
I'm just not adept enough to make it through that whole sequence before the call goes to voice mail.
A few more details that may help:
1. The phone does "know" that it has received the call - the call goes into the list of missed calls.
2. My Nexus 4 is bluetooth-connected to some house phones, and I can answer on the house phones OK.
3. I've tried restarting in safe mode as suggested in some other forum threads. Didn't help.
4. My system is Android 5.1.1.
5. I think my dialer app is the one that came with the phone.
6. I have a spam-catching app called "Call Control". This was installed back when I got the phone and has never caused any trouble.

I'm just not adept enough to make it through that whole sequence before the call goes to voice mail.
A few more details that may help:
1. The phone does "know" that it has received the call - the call goes into the list of missed calls.
2. My Nexus 4 is bluetooth-connected to some house phones, and I can answer on the house phones OK.
3. I've tried restarting in safe mode as suggested in some other forum threads. Didn't help.
4. My system is Android 5.1.1.
5. I think my dialer app is the one that came with the phone.
6. I have a spam-catching app called "Call Control". This was installed back when I got the phone and has never caused any trouble.

Why can't I boot in Recovery mode?
I accidentally locked myself out of my Samsung Galaxy S7 yesterday. I had to do a Factory Reset because I had exhausted all other options. There are over 1,000 photos that I lost when I reset my phone.
I did a quick search on data recovery for Android phones, and Dr. Fone was one that came up consistently. (I was suspicious, but I downloaded and installed anyway.) I failed to recover all of my data, but now, when I restart my phone it displays the word "Custom" and an unlocked padlock on the initial boot screen. Why? Is there a way to remove this? I read suggestions on this problem that included booting your phone in Recovery mode, and when I did this, all that came up was a blue screen with a yellow warning sign and a dead Android underneath. It says something like "No Command" underneath that. Now, THAT concerns me. I have no idea what it means and I've never had problems booting in Recovery mode before.
Has anyone had a similar experience, and what steps should I take to fix this problem?

How do I delete from "Photos" without from "Pictures" on PC?

Call Name does not appear in call log history how do we fix this?
I have a Blackberry PRIV running android. I have call name display with my provider. When an incoming call comes in the name of the caller will appear (I don not have the name of the caller saved in my contacts). After completing the call, rejecting it, or ignoring it, if I view the call history the name of the caller will not appear only their phone number. Cant connect JBL Charge 3 with Samsung S8
Hey Guys :)
I cant connect my jbl charge 3 with my new samsung s8. When i turn my bluetooth on the jbl just dont appear so i can click on the devive and connect it. I tried everything but it still doesnt work :(. I can connect my S8 with Ue booms and i can also connect my JBL with other Smartphones just the combination of jbl and Samsung doesnt work :( So i supose its a software fail.

Why won't my finger taps work in Facebook?
This happens on both my Android Smartphone and my Android tablet. In Facebook, I can tap most things with my finger and they respond. But tapping to open a Reply under a post almost always produces no reaction, no matter how often I tap. It seems strange that this should happen on two separate devices. The screens are perfectly clean, as is my finger! Any thoughts, please?

Why are my GIF's so small in thread?
Hello, I am using Android Messages by Google and the GBoard keyboard to be able to send GIF's via text message. It has been working great until a few days ago.
I recently noticed that the GIF's started appearing much smaller in the thread with the other messages than in the past and also compared to other GIF's I received from others. If you click on the GIF, it brings it up to the actual size of the GIF as it normally would, so I know the GIF has sent properly. Has anybody else seen this?
I am using Samsung Galaxy S6 with Verizon on Android 7 and the latest software.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nexus 6p random shutdowns
My nexus 6p started randomly shutting down after the 7.2 update. it used to shut down at around 30% but now it shuts down after just 10 minutes of being used. I tried a factory reset and cleaning my cahe but none of them worked. my phone only works then its plugged in the outlet. I also noticed that my phone works when it's not being used. For example, my phone works with music playing in the background like sound cloud or youtube with the screen turned off. but if im on the phone on on Instagram or snap chat It would turn off in a few minutes. any ideas on how to fix this?

Silence or turn off certain notifications during bedtime?
My android phone (LG optimus G) is some 4 years old so I'm considering something new. I've been getting more and more junk notifications that wake us up. I just recently bought a pixel and have been really enjoying it so far. I am still tinkering with some of the settings and decided to turn the backup setting off in the Google Photos app.
Once that was turned off I was messing around taking some photos and then deleting them shortly after. Once they were deleted, I checked the trash bin option in the app and saw the deleted photos. It made me wonder where they were stored. So I was digging around the file explorer of the phone and could not find them anywhere.
Does anyone know where deleted photos are stored when they are in the device trash bin?

Complete action using popup, and volume changing on it's own
Basically I keep getting that dumb "complete action using" popup. I don't know how to stop it. It just started happening yesterday. There was a system update yesterday but I can't remember if it started happening before or after the update (I have a horrendous memory). In addition to that the volume keeps popping up as well. Turning the volume up, turning my phone to vibrate when I have it on silent. This started at about the same time the complete action using popup problem started but I don't know for sure if they're related. Another problem is when I'm watching YouTube videos with pause randomly, again I don't know if this is related to the other issues. I don't know if the update was riddled with bugs, if my phone got a virus somehow, I have no idea. But it's really annoying and I'm kinda scared that my phone is broken.
I have a Samsung galaxy note, the 5 I think.

Where do I go to add passkey to a Bluetooth car radio/phone connector
Just got an LG G6. Have no problem connecting phone to bluetooth device. But every time I start the car, I have to put it into search mode to connect it. Keeps saying wrong passkey when I manually try to connect it. The passkey window never opens. I deleted all the other Bluetooth devices I had on it, restarted phone and same, it does not save. All my other devices connect and reconnect automatically, no problem. Just this one. Never had a problem on my Samsung S6

Alarm not going off in evening?

I have a Huawei P9 and over the past few weeks I've noticed that the alarms in set after a set time have stopped working. I've been worried that my morning alarm will not go off but these still seem to work.
I downloaded an app to use separately other than the alarm clock that comes with the phone but the problem is still happening.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It's driving me mad!

How to recover photos after loosing them?
What happened was my e-mail was not syncing properly to the Gmail app (the e-mail is hotmail) and I uninstalled app updates so that the app can go back to the factory version. I then noticed that my gmail account was still logged in but not my hotmail, so I added the account back and I updated the Gmail app to the latest version.
Long story short, I got the e-mail to work again but I noticed when I did uninstall the updates from the Gmail app I lost some photos.
Is there any way to retrieve these as I don't have a backup of these pictures. Does anyone know why this (lost my photos) might have happened in the process?

Tracker tcd opt out...my son installed the malware app!!
My son has a Samsung J5; suddenly, ads pop up every few seconds and there is a small opt out box bottom left. So, apparently, rather than ask me, he installs the opt-out app as it suggests and then deletes it. This didn't help, so he went to option 2 manual opt out, which involves divulging IMEI etc...I despair of the child... When this didn't sort it, he finally came to me for help. I've tried adblocker, but this is on home screen etc so not within a browser. He hasn't recently installed any apps although 'may have' (i.e. definitely did, he's 15) accessed a questionable website. I'm fairly certain this will be the cause, but what can I do to remedy this? Will a factory reset protect him, given he's already given away the IMEI number?

What is this malware?
Starting today I've been seeing this popup on my home screen that says my memory usage is over 70% and "click to accelerate".
I know it isn't part of the android system because it has an ad on it and when I open the list of apps running it disappears so it seems safe to say it is malware. lookout appears to have stopped after adj update until I put in some information and I didn't notice, but now I'd like to know what malware this is so I can look up how best to remove it.

I was quite surprised to discover that, once my phone is switched on (like it is 99.9% of the time), it's still possible to bypass the fingerprint recognition and just draw the pattern to unlock the screen...
So my question is...what is the fingerprint securising at all if anyone knowing my pattern can unlock the screen ???

Starting today, can't access Notifications or Buttons while in apps
Have had official Android O release for about a week on my Verizon Pixel XL (I did the sign-up with Google to be able to download and install it). Everything seemed to be working fine until today.
Now when I open an app (mostly noticing on games at this point), I can't swipe to get to the Notifications menu, nor can I access the buttons for Back or Home. I'm essentially trapped in the app and can't get out of it unless I reboot. Even doing a soft power off and back on and unlocking, I'm back in the app with no ability to get out.
I can access the notifications on the home screen and, it seems, in Google's own apps, like the Play store. Although the Play store shows I have updates for some apps but is now hanging when trying to update them.
Not sure what happened between yesterday and today. This is totally new. Anyone else seeing anything like this?

I'm essentially trapped in the app and can't get out of it unless I reboot. Even doing a soft power off and back on and unlocking, I'm back in the app with no ability to get out.
I can access the notifications on the home screen and, it seems, in Google's own apps, like the Play store. Although the Play store shows I have updates for some apps but is now hanging when trying to update them.
Not sure what happened between yesterday and today. This is totally new. Anyone else seeing anything like this?

Is there a method to assign different notification tones to each particular App?
Verizon Note 5. All updates. Is there a method, through Android OS itself, to assign various notifications different tones (for example so as to differentiate an email from a news item)? While I see the OS allows one to choose which apps can give notifications, it doesn't seem to permit you to differentiate between them so as to assign different notification sounds/tones as well. Can u please advise if I'm missing something?

Process system isn't responsive on my Galaxy S7.
For a day now, my phone has been stuck on the infamous "Process system isn't responding screen. The issue is that the touch screen and all other buttons, except for the "window" button on the bottom left, has become unresponsive. This is a problem when it comes to turning off the phone to reboot because to do so, you need to confirm shutdown on the touch screen. Removing the battery is out of the question as the S7 was designed without the removable battery.
The only conclusion I've come to is let the battery run down from 50% although this will take a while as the battery is quite efficient when not using very big applications.
I'm keeping it in warm/heated environments such as my PC exhaust vent when gaming to help further along the chemical reactions and thus, hopefully, drain my phone battery quicker.
If anyone could help me figure out any other way of going about this I'd be very appreciative of your help. Thank you.

I accidentally updated while rooted, and now i cant connect to google servcies because "Cannot establish a connection" or whatever, is there a way i can delete everything on the hard drive and reinstall the OS fresh? When i factory reset the root app stays there. Please help!

Xperia Z3C - Wifi connexion drop issue

I'll try to clearly explain my Wifi issue (excuse my poor English level) with my Z3C. Thanks in advance for your help.
When I connect to a Wifi network, it connect but after few second it disconnect...then reconnect...and disconnect... etc...
It appear that Wifi icon turn off, and turn on automatically. I think that Wifi service stop/start/stop.... When it appeared, I was using the original stock ROM in KitKat version. I wasn't using Wifi for a while and couln't remember any accident with my phone that could be the source of the problem. I encounter this issue no matter was the wifi access point.
- I tried to do a Factory reset > Same issue
- I tried to use Sony Companion and did an update to Marshmallow > Same issue
- I flashed my ROM with Flashtool with D5803_23.0.A.2.93_Generique_FR > Same issue
- I flashed my ROM with the last operator Stock ROM I founded on XperiFirm > Same issue
- I installed TWRP, rooted and Flashed D5803_23.5.A.1.291_R2D_SliMM_3.8, Wipped Dalvik > Same issue
- I tried to change the channel of the Wifi access point > Same issue
- I set a static IP > Same issue
- I used the old DHCP Lolipop client in developer options, delete networks options, reboot > Same issue
- I tried without Data and Bluetooth > Same issue
I'm going crazy with this and can't bring myslef to think that is a hardware problem.

why does my case interfere with my touch screen?
I have the smaller Pixel phone. I had it replaced because the touch screen was erratic. It would randomly swipe town from the top, click things, etc. causing text messages to be sent when I was in the middle of typing, or the contact being dialed without me tapping the button myself.
It also had some gps issues, so I glad I got it replaced but I have being having the same issues with the new phone's touch screen and the culprit seems to be the case.
It's a simple, thin, flexible, wrap around "bumper"-style case that I use only to prevent the screen from cracking if dropped. It doesn't cover the screen at all, just adds a small lip around it. However, when I remove the case I don't experience these touch issues at all.
I have tried washing the inside and outside of the cover and looking for any dust that might be causing the problem but I can't figure out why this is happening.

Why isn't my phone charging?
Have a Moto G3 with charging issues for the past month.
Use it for android auto in my car which worked well but then one day it stopped charging or recognizing the car's AA. Bought new USB cables, other phones work, not the G3 anymore.
Charge it nightly with a slow 1.2A charger which would work. One night the battery drained before I could charge it. Once it charged to 5-6% it would boot up and then turn off. Occurred 10-15 times even with trying safe mode boot up. The next morning it was off but charged to 50%.
Since then, can't use that charger or any slow <2A chargers. I replaced the bed stand charger with 2.0A and used the same cable and it charges.
Sometimes it shows charging symbol while it's in my pocket. With slow amp chargers it doesn't even recognize a cable is plugged in for charging.
Don't mind most of this and a faster charger, but not being able to use Android Auto ,since my guess is the USB port is only 1A, is annoying at least.
Any thoughts as to what's going on? Can it be fixed? I'm waiting for Pixel 2 and will likely preorder it but dunno when that will happen.

Snapchat videos from Honor 8 not playing past 1st frame
It seems that everytime I try to play a snapchatvideo on my Samsung s7 sent from Honor 8 the video freezes on the first frame but sound keeps playing. Same problem with 3 different friends with Honor 8. Currently running android 7.0

Hey this is the first time for me posting and Idk if I am doing this right but I have been having some problems with my MX3 Android smart Tv box. How do I retrieve a Wi-Fi network that has been closed?
I have a Samsung Tab Pro 10.1 (and a desk top PC) on which I received a message yesterday saying that the network was under threat and I should close down. Having promptly done this, I tried reconnecting later in the day. I went through the usual process of finding the network, entering the password and connecting. I was informed that the tablet was connected to the Wi-Fi but when I tried the internet, it immediately said there was no network connection. The internet on the PC was working perfectly so the problem related only to the tablet.
I have repeatedly tried to connect again but still the problem persists. I have tried the usual tactics of switching off the tablet and router (though if the PC is functioning, it cannot be a router problem), but still I find through I'm told the connection has been made, it is not available for any of the functions it is used for.
Has anyone got a solution, please?

My husband had both our TracFone androids on, face to face in hand. When he gave mine back it had the dead android with yellow triangle on the screen. I shut off the phone, can't remember if I pulled the battery too, but upon turning it on again there are strings of words marching down my screen constantly. How to remove Multi User Icon Selection from Status bar?
Good morning to everyone. I have a problem with the multiuser selection. I've bought a Galaxy TAB A with Android 6.0 to permit to my little child to watch videos en YouTube and use kid's app. I've installed an app to block the possibility of make change in the configuration and only by an administrator password I can select which program can be executed and which App can be downloaded. My other child, creating a new user, can bypass this restriction and download games, social network and all that he wants. How can I remove or limitate the multi user selection?

Missing Emergency Alert Settings On Canadian Galaxy S5
A friend passed a Galaxy S5 along to me, and I see it has the emergency alert icon at the top left hand corner of the screen, which I assume means that EAs are activated. I've checked everywhere including the Messages settings -- which contain just about everything except the Emergency Alert settings that I see in US-based howtos -- and can't find out how to disable it. Is this a Canadian carrier thing which can't be turned off? I'm on Rogers.

Copying files from iTunes to my Galaxy S7

Earbuds cause phone screen to freeze- unplugging them catches everything up

Battery Drains by 30% - 40% After Shutdown and then rebooting it again!
Since like a week ago my Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) (which I almost have 1 year) is acting real weird battery wise, I can easily use it throughout the day but at night when I power it off and power it back on the next morning it loses like 30 to 40% battery life for no reasons whatsoever is this a bug or something? or is there something wrong with my battery? Also a heads-up I ordered a new battery for my phone 2 days ago and received it yesterday but the problems seem to have been acting up on the new battery too which is why im posting this, Because I thought maybe my battery was old and about to die so I bought a new one but that one does not seem to help in any way as its having the same problem!

Hi everyone,
I have a Nexus 7, android version 6.0.1, 2016. I have never previously had a problem connecting to wi-fi with the device, however I have just actioned a password on the TP-Link satellite broadband router to make the connection secure (as I had been using an unsecure network). Now the tablet recognises the router's strong signal and connects but says "Wi-fi has no Internet access". Everyone elses devices (smart phones and laptops) connect perfectly to the TP-Link router since I added the security password, apart from the Nexus 7 tablet. Why? I have tapped 'ignore network', connected to 'new network', entered the new password, turned both off and on again, etc., nothing! It won't connect properly.
Getting really p****d off! >:-( Help will be much appreciated please!

I received a security message saying my wifi was being hacked and should turn off, I clicked the option to turn off. have since tried to reconnect and it says authentication problem. I then told it to forget that connection and tried to set up again but have noticed it says IP address unavailable and the authentication problem still comes up.

Restore whatsapp messages to new phone
Hello. I've just bought a new Galaxy S8 (old phone is S6 Edge). I've downloaded WhatsApp and it won't restore the message history from the Google drive backup nor when I copy the file across directly between phones as per the FAQ on WhatsApp.
I've backed up the original file a few times already (thinking it was corrupt) but this still hasn't worked. I've also tried renaming the database file before transferring to different crypt versions.
Currently it downloads the full file and when restoring it gets to 31% before saying it can't restore and do I want to restore from an older backup. I select yes and it just go continually says restoring but not doing anything. Things I've checked ;
Operating system the same
WhatsApp version the same
Google account the same
Enough space for backup and restore
Any ideas?

why does my HTC one m8 not charge?
yesterday my phone was linked to my laptop, and i heard it connect and disconnect a couple of times and saw there was no connection anymore after going on and off 3 times in a minute.
at first i thought it was because of the cable, the cable was a little old and part of the inside was showing in on of the ends of the kabel. (dont know how to describe it better, but it is the part of the kable closest to the usb where the plastic was torn a little)
now i have tried several other micro usb kabels but it seems it is not charging at all yet.
the battery icon that usually appears in the screen is not there, also the LED does not seem to do anything.
i read some things about pushing the volume and power button. but it is not really clear for me what to do, i had left the phone to charge for some time now and its still just going on for a couple of seconds, not showing charging, i got also a red triangle and exclamation 2 times, but it seemed kinda random i got these. if i look this up i get right back to the pressing buttons thingy.
so for me its a little messy. ill let it charge for some time now.
i would like to know some of the steps i should take.

Read a .txt file on Asus K013 Tablet
Up until yesterday I was able to read imported .txt files with the resident File Manager. Now it won't with an error saying "open file failed" . I didn't knowingly change anything. There's no way to uninstall it, no way to update it, it's embedded in the tablet which is really frustrating. I deleted and imported the files again and still get the same error. I called Asus tech support and they weren't able to help other than tell me to download another file manager. I downloaded Tetra Free but it comes back with a text box asking me "Open with" but no options are displayed. I'd really like to use the resident File Manager. Any ideas out there what I can do? I think my problem is unsolvable!
My phone is in perfect condition but I have deleted the EULA files from my phone like a complete dunce. Even harder is that my phone will not access system recovery what's so ever. (Yes I've tried power+ volume down.) My phone is completely soft bricked and loops when I try to get through the start up, relaying the same message "Unfortunately EULA has stopped." I have one solution to this problem however if i"m able to install Air-droid on my phone and able to access that I can completely save it easily. PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY PHONE! It's dying ever so slowly and only you can save it. DON'T LET IT DIE :(.

Upgraded to Nougat, and it's broken my phone.
So I just upgraded to Nougat, form marshmallow. Issue is, all of my paths for storage have changed. It used to be Storage>Emulated>0 for internal, and now it's Storage> internal storage. So none of my apps that save files or load files will load anything. It's completely busted. Photo editting programs, nothing. Even if the files show in a program, they can't be loaded because the core path changed.
So what do I do? Back everything up, reset to factory, and never go passed marshmallow? Because this is ridiculous. Nothing on my phone is working.

reset folder icons
I ran the update today and with the number of folders i have an apps in the folders the icons are now so tiny you cannot tell what they are or even read the folder name. I think this is because of the new bar at the bottom. Is there anyway to resize the folders? It is pretty important.

I am able to enter the recovery mode by do not know how to install an android operating system on it. (When Turned on it shows a Lollipop photo before the black screen).
The ROW SOFTWARE BUILD are not longer available on the manufacture website as it was shutdown :(

Is there a way to use the three button remote on Apple earpods to pause audio on a LG K20 plus?
When playing an audio file on my LG K20 plus and wearing Apple earpods, if I press the pause button the audio stops momentarily and as soon as I speak, the Google robot starts talking to me, usually saying that they don't understand what I said. About a minute later, the audio starts back automatically. I plan to invest in a set of Bluetooth earphones which I hope will not have the same issue, but in the meantime the Apple earpods are what I have and I need to be able to pause the audio if someone comes into the room to speak with me. Plus I'd like to be able to use the wired earpods with the phone's radio.
I read another thread on this forum addressing this problem on a LG V10 (http://ift.tt/2vHEVhy) from 2015-2016. The responses on the thread got a little too technical for me to follow but the gist of the matter was that it was a hardware problem and there really wasn't a fix for it. So now there is no program effectively locks files or programs because booting in safe mode allows anyone to remove all 3rd party apps like sure lock or a parental restriction app. So my question is how do you disable the ability to boot in safe mode to prevent someone from uninstalling a locking or parental restriction app. Specifically for and S7 active on at&t.

How do I get rid of these "pokemon app" popup ads without hard resetting my phone?
I downloaded a pokemon app that I removed immediately after but I believe it gave me a virus. I have ads pop up everywhere even when I have no apps open. I have the samsung galaxy S7. I don't see anything in settings that could help me so if there is an app I could rely on or if I am overlooking the settings then let me know, please.

I have two problems with my phone
Okay, so, I for some reason have two problems with my phone. I use a ZTE android phone and when I was going to factory reset it, it would not let me, like, when I press factory reset, it goes back to the settings and doesn't reset. My second problem is that the 3 buttons on the bottom of the phone, back, home and overview buttons won't work, like, I would have to keep tapping it a bunch of times to get it to work. It gets really annoying.
